To use certain features of the Platform (such as saving styles, bookmarking products, and submitting styles), you must register for an account using Google sign-in. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

2. Style Curation & Content

Curators and users can submit style content, including style descriptions, photos, and affiliate product links. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Content must not violate any intellectual property rights, be offensive, or infringe upon the privacy of others.

3. Third-Party Content & Influencer Photos

Our Platform may aggregate and display publicly available content, including photos from influencers and creators on platforms such as Instagram, for curational and fashion inspiration purposes. We do not claim ownership of such third-party content, and all respective intellectual property rights remain with their original creators and owners. Such content is displayed under fair use principles for informational purposes.

If anyone wants to get their content removed, they can contact at contact@curatorstores.in for removal of content.

4. Affiliate Links & Monetization

The Platform allows curators and moderators to add affiliate product links from Amazon and Flipkart. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of these third-party affiliate programs, including disclosing affiliate relationships to your audience as required by applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any automated use of the system, bypass any security measures, upload malicious code, or use the Platform for any illegal purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
